Based on the official page, the first episode has been released on August 1st at 0:00 (the current listing) on U-Next and on August 8 on Tokyo MX and another network.
What is your source for a July 31 release in Japan ?

Hello! If I'm not mistaken, it premiered on August 31 on Crunchyroll and continued to be released there one day earlier than current listed.

This is Japanese series. The dates listed should be the first dates it aired in Japan.
