Item: Attenborough's Life in Colour
Language: en-US
Type of Problem: Incorrect_content
Extra Details: There are 3 episodes, not 2.

Episode 1: Seeing in Colour
Episode 2: Hiding in Colour
Episode 3: Chasing Colour
Also, the title is "Life in Colour" with "With David Attenborough" as subtlitle, not "Attenborough's Life in Colour".
Confirmation of the title and episodes in the above links from Wiki/IMDB but also here on the BBC:

"Brand new three-part BBC Two series, Life In Colour."
Confusion most likely stems from the fact that BBC Two opted to broadcast only 2 episodes on BBC One with scenes from ep 3. This broadcast is also on BBC One streaming platform.
I've seen previous closed thread but links provided there do not confirm that "According to the producers, the original UK episodes are ten minutes longer and include some BTS footage". In the first link there's only mention that two versions exist, 2 and 3 episodes in lenght, nowhere claiming the above quote from the Mod. In the 2nd link, there's only mention that for the UK broadcast 10 minutes were added. This would actually confirm that the UK broadcast episodes are modified (as in: added content = modification) from the original episode count/content. The added BTS footage is taken from the episode 3, and originally 3 episodes where planed and filmed, per production page on IMDB (reviewed and maintaned by the producers btw) and BBC's own articles.

That press release does not negate the fact that on BBC One (the original network) aired it as two episodes; and one of the production companies, Humble Bee Films, says on their website "2x60 min for BBC One and 3x50 min for Netflix (2021)". The third episode has been added as a special, and there is an episode group for the Netflix release.

You are correct but BBC One is not original network, BBC Two is. BBC Two ordered 3 episodes and released them on BBC One as 2 episodes, and on Netflix as 3 episodes. So if anything it should be the BBC One order as episode group.
EDIT: 3rd episode is also not special. It's a regular episode that was retrofitted for BBC One. It's also worth noting that the series was lended to BBC One by BBC Two and will disappear from BBC One in 9 months (it was a 12 month streaming deal). In 9 months, the only versions available will be BBC Two/Netflix.

The original network is BBC One. BBC Two didn't broadcast the series.
