There is a Picture Drama in BD. And it is a video not audio. So ,it should be added in Season 0.

I thought we were talking about a video drama. Audio dramas do not quality as special episodes.

Yeah I just came here to ask for you to add this special. It's a Picture Drama, it's very common to have those as specials in the BD/DVD.
