Netflix is currently not available in China so unless the series was officially released on some other network in China, there is no official zh-CN translated title and the field should be empty.

How is that relevant to whether or not the show has been officially released Mainland China?

大家都知道 Netflix ，还有其它流媒体没法进入中国大陆，且基本不可能进入。但很多外国的剧集、电影的简中标题也都没有被严格应用此规则。 这些流媒体服务既然有 简体中文 名称，应该可以用以暂时占位。 反而，很多都有简体中文标题，个别被卡规则，就会显得很奇怪。

如果可以的话，有锁定权限的管理员是否可以和官方沟通说明中国大陆的奇葩情况，更新下特例规则？

个人观点：水至清则无鱼。尊重规则，也尊重现实。
