Why does it say cancelled now? What's the source on this, @raze464? From what I kind find with a quick googling, Netflix hasn't said anything yet one way or another, and as recent as 4 days ago, Kate Mulgrew said she's hopeful that it will be renewed for a third season.

Yes, and that says what I said above: "the show's future remains unknown. There is a very real possibility that Netflix could decide they want more Prodigy", i.e. undecided. From how I see it, the ball is currently in Netflix's court and it would be fair to describe it as "returning" until a final descision has been made, just like any other series that ended a season and is waiting on a renewal.

TMDB can be really weird when it comes to the 'rules' they use. Maybe because it was cancelled by the original network? It has only gone to NF so subscribers can watch the first two seasons?
