After CHI-MING notices the disconnection of a patient's tracheal tube, he immediately reprimands YUET-OI for that, but KI LOK speaks out to defend her. YAT-CHUN picks up TZE-KWAN and drives her to the peak for lunch, during which the two exchange gifts for each other. Later on, CHI-MING discovers that it's PUI-YEE who wrongly wrote down the facts and figures in patients' food logs, so he intends to disqualify her from participation in the internship. Having received an anonymous complaint against CHI-MING, SIN-FA goes to ask CHI-MING about the matter. Not wanting to make a fuss on such a minor issue, CHI-MING thinks an apology will suffice, to which however SIN-FA disagrees. On the contrary, she requests KING-SUN to make an apology, on top of which she even launches a work-to-rule campaign. After attending to an injured child, YAT-CHUN suspects it's the result of child abuse. Meanwhile, the student nurses meet up with NGA-YAN and ask her about the thing that happened between KI LOK and KING-SUN, hoping she tells them everything. TZE-KWAN notices HIU-CHING seems to have experienced an emotional disorder. Having heard this, YAT-CHUN introduces her to a psychologist.… ...

PAT-SHUI is scheduled to work night shift together with CHI-MING, which makes him feel very nervous for fear of making a mistake. Later on in the corridor, PAT-SHUI bumps into a kid, who immediately disappears without a trace. Thinking it's a ghost, PAT-SHUI is so scared that he falls ill. Music industry newbie CHI-LUNG passes out during rehearsal, so he is accompanied by his agent to the hospital for a checkup. While there, CHI-LUNG learns about the ghost encounter and becomes so panicked that he wants to be transferred to a private hospital, but his agent reminds him that he can't afford it. In the meantime, an ambulance transports a grandpa, surnamed LO, together with his grandson to the hospital, and the grandpa is so agitated by his grandson LO CHING's attempt suicide that he even passes out right in A&E. Working the night shift, KI LOK notices some stains in the corridor which seems to be the deeds by mischievous kids.… ...

TZE-KWAN brings HIU-CHING to consult a psychologist, who points out that HIU-CHING holds dear her family but is lack of maternal love. Later on, TZE-KWAN learns from YUET-YING that HIU-CHING often stays alone with CHUN-BONG in her room and plays with him, above which she even hears that HIU-CHING was molested by CHUN-BONG. With TZE-KWAN complaining about this to CHUN-BONG's mother, DAO-HANG instead blames her for making false accusations before trying to clarify the whole thing. On the other hand, CHI-LUNG wants to be discharged from the hospital, but KING-SUN suspects CHI-LUNG has developed anorexia nervosa, planning to transfer him to the psychiatric department. While LAI-CHING envies that KI LOK gets to learn how to perform a lumbar puncture, KI LOK has no idea how come CHI-MING gives her this opportunity.… ...

Ever since her childhood, KI LOK has been told by KEI YAN that her mother will soon appear. On this day, KI LOK once again asks KEI YAN where on earth her mother is, but KEI YAN appears reluctant to tell her the truth. Noticing a blood vessel bursts in SIN-FA's eye, CHI-MING urges SIN-FA to consult a doctor, but SIN-FA doesn't listen to his advice. Suddenly, SIN-FA passes out and is later diagnosed with heartworm disease, so she has to be hospitalized, leaving CHI-MING in charge of everything in the wards. In order to convince CHI-LUNG to eat, PUI-YEE pretends to be his fan. Nevertheless, according to CHI-MING, not only didn't CHI-LUNG regain any weight, but he is also found self-inducing vomiting in the washroom. However, CHI-LUNG shifts all the blame to PUI-YEE. Meanwhile, KO FAN reveals he made a film to take part in the best short film competition as well as the easiest and best paying job contest, and he is confident he is going to win. In the ward, KI LOK runs into YUET-OI, who seems to be very serious, warning KI LOK not to trust anyone blindly. He then tries to phone YAT-WA to ask him about it, yet cannot reach him. YUET-YING is rushed to A&E after eating mushrooms from an unknown source, following which DAO-HANG tries to contact TZE-KWAN multiple times by phone but to no avail. Inviting CHI-MING out to go fishing, TAI-WAI inquires him about the performances of the student nurses, to which CHI-MING replies that they still lack the spirit of cooperation. KO FAN wants LAI-CHING to take part in the contest, on the contrary, LAI-CHING has decided not to participate in the contest. Apart from that, she even urges KO FAN to get back together with KI LOK.… ...

Both YAT-CHUN and SIN-FA can't believe that YAT-WA is dead, leaving CHI-MING no other choice but to show them the death certificate. Meanwhile the two start getting suspicious of CHI-MING as the latter turns out to be the trustee of the estate of the late YAT-WA. Announcing the upcoming establishment of the nurse practitioner-led clinic in the hospital, CHI-CHIU intends to send TZE-KWAN to study and train in the UK, which makes TZE-KWAN feel thrilled. While meeting up with YAT-CHUN, SIN-FA reveals that she heard from a boatman that YAT-WA had a fight with CHI-MING before his death. After TAI-MAN takes a shower, he claims that his watch has gone missing. Out of the blue, TAI-WAI recovers the watch during the pat-down search on PAT-SHUI. All the student nurses try their best to help clear PAT-SHUI of the allegation, but to no avail. Suddenly, there is an abrupt loud noise coming from the washroom, so all of them think it's PAT-SHUI who tried to kill himself.… ...

KI LOK intends to buy back the wedding ring for TAI-MAN, only to find out that TAI-MAN just remembers the number and cannot provide the actual receipt. At that moment, someone suddenly hands the receipt to KI LOK. Upon TZE-KWAN's return to Hong Kong, she surprisingly sees YAT-CHUN become the consultant of the nurse practitioner-led clinic. In the ward, a patient is disconnected from the ventilator resulting in the need for first aid, so FOR-FOR immediately wants to find the one responsible for this. TZE-KWAN and DAO-HANG bring along HIU-CHING to consult a psychiatrist, who confirms that HIU-CHING has suffered a dissociative disorder.… ...

Seeing there is a traffic accident, PUI-YEE immediately goes to offer comfort and assistance to those injured. YAT-CHUN intends to get back together with TZE-KWAN, who turns him down for fear of gossip, however, the two are later found entangled with each other by LAI-CHING. After waking up, CHI-MING notices the necklace that was on the table is missing, and when KI LOK returns it back to him, he reveals the real story behind the necklace. Getting off from work, KING-SUN bumps into his suitors, a large group of female nurses, however, he only takes careful note of what YUET-OI and the other student nurses talk about. KI LOK thinks YUK-KUEN is not bad except her forthright personality; whereas PUI-YEE points out that YUK-KUEN might change once she starts dating someone. While telling YUK-KUEN that LAP-KI has a crush on her, KI LOK, on the other hand, reveals to LAP-KI that YUK-KUEN takes a fancy to him. As a result, the two often sneak a glance at each other while working. KO FAN shows symptoms like fever and cough, and through laboratory tests, it's confirmed they are caused by infection of the influenza virus, which makes LEE-KWAN feel very worried.… ...

CHI-MING takes up a job as a private duty nurse and requests KI LOK to be his assistant, however, when the two arrive at the destination, KI LOK uncovers that the patient turns out to be MEI-WAI. With MEI-WAI secretly phoning a reverend, KI LOK happens to overhear their conversation and comes to realise the truth, which renders her heartbroken. PUI-YEE asks CHI-MING to teach her how to handle the patient with anorexia; whereas SAI-KAN cannot make a decision on whether to continue with nursing or become a singer after getting a record deal. CHI-MING leads KI LOK to a nursing home, where KI LOK finally gets to meet her maternal half younger sister, ZOE.… ...

Though the resuscitation is successful, KO FAN develops a severe case of pneumonia. YAT-CHUN, SIN-FA and TZE-KWAN go to have lunch together, during which TZE-KWAN cannot help feeling upset after seeing that SIN-FA is very attentive to YAT-CHUN. Suddenly, TZE-KWAN receives a phone call, informing her that HIU-CHING ran away from home. TZE-KWAN also decides to leave home as she cannot put up with DAO-HANG's bad behavior any longer, so YAT-CHUN helps her find a new place to stay.
