So I Had This Great Idea...
Adam Carolla introduces the premise of the show, and work begins. He plans to buy a house with his own money, renovate it, and sell it for over a million dollars. He looks at some houses before buying his childhood home from his father.
He brings in a band of his old friends to help him with the project, and they start demolishing the house. They plan to start virtually from scratch and have the house ready to sell in 13 weeks.
