Can't Add a new TV Show (500 Server error)

I get to the last step of https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/new but when I click "fnish" I get an error "Failure: There was a problem saving your changes." Using the browser inspector I see a 500 error (a server one) are you aware?
I've tried Chrome, Edge with/without adBlock
