Hi, as far as I know it has not been released with that title anywhere and no original poster can be found with that title. Of course, it's entirely possible that it was indeed released with that title but then I need some proof of that. What is clear is that the title is used when writing about the movie, but that may just be a case of writers looking it up on IMDb (where The Faithful Heart is the worldwide translated English title). It has also been screened at a few film festivals listed with the English title.

However, what we do have is the English blu-ray release and they choose to keep the Original title and did not use The Faithful Heart. With The Faithful Heart added as an alternative title, it is still easy to find the movie. This was a tricky case so I'm open to hear any arguments as to why this English title should be added again.
