I’d still argue it is more than just a music concert, as it also includes documentary-like footage and interviews of how the ‘Rage for Xmas no. 1’ campaign and concert come to be in the first place.

So what exactly is the difference between this concert and the hundreds of others on here that are not marked as ‘video’?

That those have no been reported and we (the mods) have not notice them before. Or they are among the exceptions (Reviewed as movies by profesional critics, or have a Theatrical release). The list of exceptions is in the same page I've linked the previous response.
